Julia Woodman MASC (Ad. C.S.) is an NFSH member and a CCC
Registered Counsellor.
The MASC (Ad. C.S.) bit stands for
Associated Stress Consultants Member (Advanced
Counselling Skills).
Julia's Diploma Course in Advanced COUNSELLING
Skills included working with families
and children.
She is also a
qualified LIFE COACH Coach, and people come to her not just
for help with making progress in a chosen area, but also
for help with discovering what it is they really want to
do.
She provides Personalised STRESS
RELIEF, Counselling, Life Coaching, and Healing
sessions.
She will do visits where needed, but can
also work internationally via phone, email, or
post.
She can also create individualised
meditations to suit your needs.

Julia
appeared on Meridian TV in November, with
her Stress Relieving combination of
relaxation, visualization, and healing, which she calls
RADIANCE.
"It releases emotional, mental, and physical
blocks, restores balance, and boosts your body’s
ability to heal,
working with the cause as well as relieving symptoms, to
benefit your whole state of being”.
Her Golden
Choices agency leads Corporate Stress Busting Workshops
followed up by individual coaching sessions for
employees,
and brings stress relief and personal development
concepts into the Education
Sector.
She has also worked as a Personal Adviser for young
people aged 16-24.
She would gladly work
with other agencies to Counsel young people.
(She has clinical plus community
& youth work experience, and CRB
Clearance).
She is also a poet & artist, and has worked in schools
around the UK (and some in America) in this capacity,
as well as organizing a festival and other events.
She has 17 books published to
date.
She has also worked as a Special Needs Assistant, done
voluntary work in many areas,
and obtained an NVQ3 level qualification for workers in
schools.
She writes a diverse
range of Personal Development COURSES,
which are available via email or by post,
and leads Workshops.
Some course titles are “Finding your Joy”,
“Meditation”, “Spiritual Tools”,
“The Grail Within”, and “Creativity”,
plus several others, including two Relationship ones.
