GENERAL
The weekend includes
a total of 5 x 2 + a half hour workshops,
with drinks served half way through each one.
Bring loose clothes, towels, and swimming
gear. Also bring any special massage oils
you may wish to use, although we will have some
available, & perhaps a journal
or any other writing or art materials you might
like to use over the weekend.
FRIDAY
Start early with Friday
Dinner at 6pm
(People
arriving too late for Friday dinner can ask for a
salad to have during the workshop.)
Join us at 7.30 pm for the Friday evening
workshop ‘til 10 pm
Stay in the hotel for Friday night – enjoy
the Midnight Dynamos or other facilities.
SATURDAY
Saturday Breakfast –
toast, breads, cereals, fruit, yoghurts ideally,
but have the full English if you must!
Saturday morning workshop starts at 10 and ends
at 12.30
Lunch – fruit platter, salad, sandwiches
– served in the conference room.
Saturday afternoon workshop starts at 1.30 and
ends at 4pm
Enjoy the swimming and spa etc from 4.30 to 6.30
Saturday Dinner at 7.30
Enjoy the Merseyside Beats after dinner, and/or
enjoy the comfort of your room
after your day’s efforts, and maybe even
practice some of those sensual massage
techniques in privacy!
SUNDAY
Sunday repeats all the
timings of meals & workshops.
Again, enjoy the music (with the resident band)
and ambience of the hotel afterwards,
and/or enjoy the comfort of your room after your
day’s efforts, and maybe even
practice some of those sensual massage techniques
in privacy!
MONDAY
Monday breakfast
– leave by 10 am
COSTS
The cost for the whole bang shoot from Friday 6pm
dinner to Monday breakfast,
including the 5 workshops, is £495 PER PERSON.
The only extra cost would be for additional
beverages in the evenings.

More details
of the Workshops – Renewing Your Joy –
for 10 Couples
Friday night workshop
will be a light introductory one with stress
busting, movement and creativity, assertiveness
of your right to happiness and self-expression,
and discussions of your hopes and how to achieve
them.
Saturday workshops to
include: honesty and forgiveness/acceptance, who
you truly are, expression of love, gratitude and
blessings, meditations for couples, renewing or
re-affirming your bond and the wish to proceed
positively, choices and positive thinking, living
in the present, valuing yourselves and your right
to time for nurturing your relationship, the
wider family, communication, and sensual massage.
Sunday will include:
The Grail Within - hidden treasure, self esteem
and empowerment, uniqueness and integrity,
visualizations and affirmations for joyful
living, health and well-being, sexual issues,
emotional issues, goal setting for changing
unhelpful attitudes or traits and living in your
newly chosen way, taking responsibility for your
progress towards a relationship that fulfils all
its potential, evolving consciousness and inner
wisdom, and maintaining the vision.

The venue we are looking at is Littlecote
House Historic Hotel in Berkshire,
which is a stunning grade 1 Tudor Mansion with
Cromwellian Chapel and Roman Mosaic.
It also has a heated indoor pool & spa pool,
sauna, steam room, fitness studio,
snooker, fencing, and nightly entertainment
(music for this weekend is Motown & Soul).
2006 in England & Abroad
Also an extended one for Valentines
week – Feb 13th to 17th in Cheshire.
We are also considering an early summer one
in Suffolk and an autumn one in Somerset.
We are also looking at Easter in Greece
and late summer in France.
(Overseas ones would probably be a full week and
would cost substantially more)

COUPLE
COUNSELLING
If you don’t
feel quite ready for one of our weekend
workshops, the we do offer to counsel you towards
readiness. We would like to see you as a
couple, as well as separately.
If you feel that the workshop brings up deeper
issues that you would like help with working
through, then we will gladly offer counselling
afterwards.
