Dance to release the thorns

Dance like the great dream of yourself
which takes you through the seventh gateway
to where you re-discover unity.
Submit your heart

and dance as if you are the Master.
Affirm that you are in the natural flow,
and will not allow your ego to resist
wherever you will go.

Dance like the stone, the tree, the angel.
Dance to cast light upon darkness.
Dance to release the thorns.
Dance to be re-born.

Dance the song that comes to your soul.
Dance the ride of the wild wind.
Dance through forests and jungles.
Dance your vision in.

Dance the pool of moonlight.
Dance the message of the palms.
Dance the sound of the echo
that fills you.

Dance the scent of jasmine.
Dance the drift of your hair.
Dance the taste of your direction
whichever way you are.

Dance to affirm and maintain your wisdom.
Dance to affirm the changes in your life
and your intention to ride them into your future,
trusting the bold blue horse!

Dance to hear the birdsong in the morning
and to smell the earth after the rain -
and for the sight of the rainbow,
dance always, and again.


The Eternal Lover

Reach to your centre and feel it.
Reach to the heart of the earth and feel it.
Reach out to all nature and feel it.
Reach to the master and feel it.

We are never alone -
there is always this love which pervades us,
making us One -
we have only to reach out and touch it,
or reach within.

Listen to the wind in the trees -
it feels it.
Listen to the ocean on the beach -
it knows it deeply.
Listen to the tiny insects on the sand dunes creep.

Listen to the flowers
or the clouds,
the birds crying out,
the river calling.

There is joy of love in every corner,
every pebble,
every petal,
every feather,
every grain of sand you hold
or let go of
or envisage there before you –

Feel it in your very core,
entering every pore -
and be blessed.
Enter the world
of the eternal lover –
as the eternal lover.

You are the eternal lover.
The world is the eternal lover.
