home visits, as well as email, postal & phone
consultations.

Diploma Course in Advanced COUNSELLING Skills
included
working with families and children.
It is an eclectic (
mix of many methods), person centred approach,
so I am able to draw from diverse knowlege to
suit each individual.
Counselling
is more of a talking therapy to help you through
issues,
whereas Life Coaching is more focused on
choosing goals and planning how to achieve them,
but we are also able to offer a combination of
whatever you need.
Our
service draws from many Counselling methods to
best suit your needs.
We listen closely, question appropriately,
and enter your journey with you.
We help you to understand your own feelings and
situation clearly,
and to make choices about what can be done to get
you to where you want to be.
We support your efforts to handle change
(or accept a situation that cannot be changed)
and give you the tools, back-up,
and empowerment to take responsibility for
your progress.
Our

Julia provides Personalised Counselling
Sessions- £45 per hour.
Apart from
working from the centre in Dorking, Julia
will do visits,
but can also work via phone,
email, or post.
She can also create
individualised meditations to suit your
needs.

How
to book & pay for Consultations by
email, post, or phone.
£20 ($40) per half hour
by post or email
Telephone Counselling or Life Coaching
needs to be booked in advance.
This costs £25 or $50 per half hour
session, but the cost of all calls is
yours too.
(The cost for this is more
than postal or email counselling as you
are booking a set time with us.)
